The objectives of present work were to prepare water soluble nanoformulation of amphotericin B by radical polymerization using N-isopropylacrylamide-acrylic acid and vinyl pyrrolidone for targeted delivery and minimized toxicity in mild experimental conditions with relatively narrow size distribution. The prepared formulations were extensively characterized in terms of size, morphology, thermal stability, drug loading and toxicity. The results demonstrates that the prepared nanoformulation have the potential to deliver amphotericin B with increased bioavailability and cellular uptake.
