Spatial catalytic acid-base-Pd triple-sites of a hierarchical core-shell structure have been successfully constructed for a three-step reaction, and exhibited excellent catalytic activity and stability. A catalytic mechanism has been systematically studiedviasingle one- and two-step reactions, and possible molecular reactions have been proposed.
