This article builds a supply chain model consisting of three retailers on the basis of a two-way transshipment supply chain model of Rudi (2001), and analyzes a supply chain inventory management model with multi-directional transshipment in the new retail environment The formula is used to calculate the optimal ordering decision in the traditional newsboy model, centralized decision model and decentralized decision model. Combined with Matlab example analysis, it compares the impact of different decisions and different transfer prices on inventory selection. Based on this, under the conditions of independent demand and symmetric information, inventory sharing under centralized decision-making can achieve inventory integration between downstream retailers and optimize the overall profit of the supply chain. Inventory sharing under decentralized decision-making can also effectively increase the profit of the supply chain, and there is a coordinated transfer price to make the overall profit of the supply chain relatively optimal.
