This is a comparative, historical and critical study of economic and business thought, to review its ontology, axiology and epistemology. It is offered a balance of the main categories and classifications until the globalization, to adapt them to the post-globalization paradigm change (and Horizon 2030), with the transition from Welfare State Economy to Digital Economy. Revelations are made about the economic interventionism and its macroeconomic and econometric failures, so influential in the repeated systemic crises, increasingly accelerated and with an extinction tendency. The new approaches of the happiness & talent economics are exposed (i.e. CSR 3.0, emotional salary, organization climate and satisfaction, motivation, gamification), as they are change-levers to advance towards a new economic stage, accounting for international indices, certifications and good practices of the leading companies in this transformation and transition.
