We study electronic and ionic transport in hybrid mixed halide perovskites using multi-dimensional luminescence imaging. At short time scale (<1 mu s) bias exposure, we probe electron and hole transport with time resolved photoluminescence images, by decoupling the transport mechanisms from ion migration. A longer time (>1min) bias exposure allows to observe the migration of the ions which are slower charged species. By fitting the acquired PL spectra images to the generalized Planck law, we quantify bandgap narrowing and defects creation, which we relate to halide accumulation at the positive electrode.
