Faculty members who engage in inclusive pedagogy: methodological and affective strategies for teaching

Summary: This article presents the methods and strategies used by faculty members in Spanish universities who engage in inclusive pedagogy to motivate and help their students, including those with disabilities, in learning. The study reveals that faculty members trust the capabilities of all their students and carefully plan their syllabus for practical learning, using diverse strategies and providing continuous feedback. They also adopt a student-centered teaching approach and value emotional and affective aspects as effective strategies for learning.

Transforming faculty conceptions of disability and inclusive education through a training programme
