Rebecca Webb et al.

Summary: The CHOICE measure was designed as a patient-reported Psychological Recovery outcome measure for cognitive-behavioral therapy for psychosis, with a short version (CHOICE-SF) developed for future research and practice. It was validated using separate samples, confirming internal consistency, construct validity, and sensitivity to change. The brief, psychometrically robust CHOICE-SF is a reliable measure for assessing change following psychological therapies in individuals with psychosis and severe mental illness.
