Is Physical Activity Associated with Mental Health among Chinese Adolescents during Isolation in COVID-19 Pandemic?

Summary: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chinese adolescents tended to have a sedentary lifestyle, with higher levels of mood disturbance found in senior high school students and girls. The study concluded that increasing physical activity was associated with improving mood states among adolescents during the pandemic.
