Acceleration self-compensation mechanism and experimental research on shock wave piezoelectric pressure sensor

Guicong Wang et al.

Summary: This paper presents a novel acceleration self-compensation mechanism for shock wave piezoelectric pressure sensor to eliminate the parasitic effect of acceleration on pressure measurement. Through theoretical derivation, simulation, and experimental validation, the sensor's acceleration sensitivity is greatly reduced, improving its dynamic characteristics and natural frequency exceeding 200 kHz. Structural optimization design effectively eliminates the acceleration sensitivity, showing significant theoretical and practical value in reducing the acceleration parasitic effect of piezoelectric pressure sensor.
