Racial/Ethnic Differences in Burnout: a Systematic Review

Summary: Based on 16 studies, it is inconclusive regarding the differences in burnout between underrepresented minority (URM) and non-URM populations. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen attention on burnout measurement, conceptualization, and mitigation among underrepresented minority populations in medicine.
