The study on thermal conductivity of nanofluids and nanostructures based on water and graphene, as well as water solutions of graphene and gold nanoparticles, showed that the high thermal conductivity values in nanocomposites are due to the enhancement effect of thermoconductive heavy substrate from gold nanoparticles formed through compatible sedimentation with graphene in water.
The thermal conductivity of the nanofluids based on water and graphene and water solutions of the nanostructures based on graphene and gold nanoparticles was investigated. It was established that higher values of the thermal conductivity of the nanocomposites based on graphene and gold nanoparticles are the result of the enhancement effect by mean the thermoconductive heavy substrate from gold nanoparticles, which is formed as a result of compatible sedimentation in the water with lighter graphene during the formation of nanocomposites from water solution.
