Summary: A novel chemiluminescence imaging platform was constructed for the detection of prostate specific antigen (PSA) in a multiple signal amplifying manner, utilizing the catalytic effect of Au NPs and enzyme (HRP) for dual-signal amplification and introducing tyramine signal amplification strategy for multiple signal amplification. The platform showed high sensitivity and great potential for bioactive molecules detection, as demonstrated by the analysis of human serum samples with satisfactory recoveries.
