Risk of Recurrent Pregnancy Loss in the Ukrainian Population Using a Combined Effect of Genetic Variants: A Case-Control Study

Eleni M. Loizidou et al.

Summary: The study demonstrated that a genetic risk score calculated from 12 genetic variants is associated with an increased risk of recurrent pregnancy loss. The implementation of this approach can help identify women at higher risk of complex conditions like RPL. Future genome-wide association studies will further improve our understanding of biological pathways related to RPL.
