Researchers use modified nanoparticles as adsorbents to purify wastewater or groundwater, mainly for removing arsenic impurities. These nanoparticles have high adsorption coefficient, low cost, and high capacity.
Nanoparticles are used by the researchers for the purifications of wastewater or groundwater. The different modified nanomaterials as adsorbents are used by the researchers mainly removing the arsenic impurities. The modified nanoparticles having improved physical properties, chemical stability, easy regeneration, environment stable, adsorption coefficient high, less space requirements, more lifetime, low cost, and high capacity to adsorbate the pollutants. This study reviewed the current and past nanomaterials used for the arsenic adsorbent purpose by using different techniques. (C)& nbsp;2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
