MiR-30b-5p promotes myocardial cell apoptosis in rats with myocardial infarction through regulating Wnt/I3-catenin signaling pathway

Summary: In this study, differentially expressed miRNAs were screened in the heart tissues of rats with myocardial infarction (MI), and the relationship between miR-30b-5p and MI was explored. The results showed that miR-30b-5p is involved in the regulation of proliferation and apoptosis of myocardial cells through the Wnt/I3-catenin signaling pathway. It may become a potential target for the diagnosis of MI.
