Unzipped Carbon Nanotube/Graphene Hybrid Fiber with Less Dead Volume for Ultrahigh Volumetric Energy Density Supercapacitors

Wujun Ma et al.

Summary: A partially unzipped carbon nanotube/reduction graphene oxide hybrid fiber with less dead volume and a well-ordered porous structure was successfully fabricated via wet spinning and chemical reduction. The spinning solution with low viscosity and high concentration ensured smooth spinning and reduced dead volume derived from isolated pores.

Stretchable supercapacitor at-30 °C

Xuting Jin et al.

Summary: A highly stretchable and anti-freezing supercapacitor was fabricated without the need for extra stretchable substrates or predefining stretchable structures. It showed high mechanical stretchability, impressive capacitance retention at low temperatures, and an ultralong lifespan, making it an ideal power source for driving multi-functional electronic components.
