Intervention Characteristics Associated With a Reduction in Fear of Falling Among Community-Dwelling Older People: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

Summary: In community-dwelling older people, supervision by a tai chi instructor, delivery in a community setting, and holistic exercise were associated with a greater reduction in fear of falling. Conversely, delivery at home, use of written materials, and tailoring were less effective in reducing fear of falling.
