SIKE in 32-bit ARM Processors Based on Redundant Number System for NIST Level-II

Hwajeong Seo et al.

Summary: This study presents an optimized implementation of post-quantum SIKE for 32-bit ARMv7-A processors, utilizing redundant representation for finite field arithmetic and incorporating state-of-the-art engineering techniques along with hand-crafted assembly implementation for high performance. The optimized implementations are evaluated on high-end 32-bit ARMv7-A processors, achieving a significant speedup compared to previous state-of-the-art work.
