Electrochemically Exfoliated Graphite Nanosheet Films for Electromagnetic Interference Shields

Ali Shayesteh Zeraati et al.

Summary: Electrochemical exfoliation of graphite is a highly efficient method to produce high-quality graphene materials. This study investigated the effectiveness of different exfoliation methods for graphite in developing graphene-based electromagnetic interference (EMI) shields with high electrical conductivity. The results showed that the use of certain electrolytes could lead to the production of thermally stable EEG films with excellent EMI performance, demonstrating the feasibility of using electrochemical exfoliation for high-performance EMI shields without the need for harsh chemicals or high temperatures.
