The improved sensitivity of a suitable C-13 NMR approach allows for the observation of more extensive reaction networks, assay time windows, and relative flux measurements in living cells.
Insights into intracellular chemistry have remained sparse, but would be impactful for the advancement of biomedicine and bioproduction. A suitable C-13 NMR approach provides improvements in sensitivity that make extended reaction networks and assay time windows, previously inaccessible cell densities and relative flux measurements accessible in living cells.
