Numerical and experimental investigations of interdigital transducer configurations for efficient droplet streaming and jetting induced by surface acoustic waves

Acrylic polymer treatment on Nylon fibers improves color strength and durability in thermal transfer printing

Design and synthesis of low temperature printed metal oxide memristors

Summary: In this work, resistive switching (RS) devices based on printed combustion-based aluminium oxide (AlOx) were successfully produced at low temperature using inkjet printing technology. These devices exhibit bipolar resistive switching behavior, good endurance, high reproducibility, long retention time, and sufficient ON/OFF ratio to achieve a multilevel cell (MLC) with up to 4 states. The results obtained help to understand the electrical characteristics of printed metal oxide RS devices processed at low temperatures and demonstrate their potential for hardware security applications.
