Slowed driving-reaction time following concussion-symptom resolution

Landon B. Lempke et al.

Summary: This study compared driving reaction time between concussed individuals and healthy controls in simulated driving scenarios, revealing slower driving reaction times in concussed individuals. The driving reaction time did not significantly correlate with traditional cognitive testing domains among concussed individuals, indicating that cognitive testing may not be an optimal surrogate for driving reaction time.
