The results showed that GPC-3 had a stronger CTCs separation ability than EpCAM and vimentin, and a positive count of CTCs was correlated with BCLC stage. The consistency between CTC-NGS and tissue-NGS results was 60%, revealing KMT2C as a commonly mutated gene.
