Summary: This study aimed to investigate the effect of RDN on SVRI in patients with treatment-resistant hypertension. The results showed that RDN significantly reduced SVRI and lowered blood pressure after three to six months of follow-up. Hemodynamic variables and BP in both groups normalized in parallel, suggesting that RDN may lower BP by reducing systemic vascular resistance with careful selection and titration of antihypertensive drugs.
