Summary: In this study, the preoperatively measured systemic inflammation-based Glasgow Prognostic Score (GPS) was found to be an independent prognostic factor in patients with colorectal liver metastases (CRLM), and appeared to be a better prognostic tool than the modified GPS (mGPS).
