This study explores the use of technology by BPJS management in providing services to the Indonesian people, with a focus on in-depth observations using qualitative methods. The development of the BPJS Health Mobile application demonstrates the commitment of BPJS Health to provide easy access and optimal services for participants.
The purpose of this study is to find out and understand the use of technology carried out by BPJS management in providing services to the Indonesian people. This study uses a qualitative method is a method that focuses on in-depth observations. Therefore, the use of qualitative methods in research can result in a more comprehensive study of a phenomenon. The researcher uses reviews from several JKN Mobile users by dividing them into 2 groups for closed discussions using a Zoom breakout room. There were 112 participants who were also informants and respondents who came from various regions. The development of the BPJS Health Mobile application is a tangible manifestation of BPJS Health's commitment to providing easy access and optimal services for participants. Through this application, participants can access various information related to the National Health Insurance program organized by BPJS Health quickly and easily, wherever and whenever.
