The current study analyzes the factors affecting people's happiness and well-being in South Asian countries. For this purpose, the primary data was collected from 900 households from Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh using a structured questionnaire with a random sampling technique. The PLE-SEM technique was employed to analyze the data. The study results revealed that all the independent variables serve a crucial role in the happiness and well-being of the people in South Asia. Out of the eight independent variables, the relationship stands the positive and highest significant factor, and education stands the positive and least significant factor in establishing the happiness and well-being of people in South Asia. Likewise, education plays a significant moderating role between engagement and happiness & well-being, and it could be used as a strategic tool to increase happiness and well-being in South Asia. The research provides insights to government, policy-makers, administrators, and practitioners to implement the people's happiness and well-being.
