The article focuses on electromagnetic nondestructive evaluation of conductive materials using the sweep-frequency eddy current method. The main aim of the work is to numerically simulate three different types of probes based on the FEM method, and evaluate their ability to detect defined inhomogeneities.
The article deals with electromagnetic nondestructive evaluation of conductive materials. The sweep-frequency eddy current method is used for this purpose. Numerical simulation based on FEM method, of three different types of probes and their ability to detect of defined inhomogeneities, is the main aim of this work.
