This study presents the design and experimental demonstration of an electrically-tunable all-dielectric metasurface using phase-change material GST and transparent conductive indium tin oxide (ITO) to control light absorption for multi-level electrooptic modulation with unprecedented sensitivity.
An electrically-tunable all-dielectric metasurface employing a phase-change material, GST, and transparent conductive indium tin oxide (ITO) is designed and experimentally demonstrated for controlling light absorption to enable multi-level electrooptic modulation with unprecedented sensitivity.
