Time-resolved ARPES of excitons in a 2D semiconductor

Using a table-top time-resolved ARPES setup with a MHz XUV source, we directly observed direct and momentum-forbidden excitons in the full first Brillouin zone of WSe2 monolayer, and measured their ultrafast dynamics.
