Au/GeSn grating structure was utilized in GeSn photodetectors to enhance optical absorption at 2μm, resulting in a 3x improvement in responsivity under TM-polarized illumination.
Au/GeSn grating structure was designed and adopted in GeSn photodetectors to enhance the optical absorption at 2 mu m. A 3x improvement in responsivity to 0.386 A/W was achieved under TM-polarized illumination. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
