Aligning accountability arrangements for ambiguous goals: the case of museums

Alignment between information supply and demand is crucial for effective accountability, but challenging in situations with ambiguous or contested goals. This study focuses on the alignment between local governments and museums, using a mixed-methods approach to analyze accountability mismatches and their implications.
