The study investigated the role of upregulated microRNA-15b in alleviating ovarian cancer by targeting LPAR3 and inhibiting the PI3K/Akt pathway. However, due to flaws and inconsistencies between the presented results and described experimental methods, the article has been retracted.

The retraction has been agreed following an investigation based on allegations raised by a third party. As several flaws and inconsistencies between results presented and experimental methods described were found, the editors consider the conclusions of this article to be invalid.
