In this study, the relativistic quark model based on the quark-diquark picture and the quasipotential approach in QCD is employed to investigate the properties of triply heavy baryons. The masses of Omega(ccc), Omega(bbb), Omega(ccb), and Omega(cbb) baryons in their ground and excited states are calculated, taking into account the orbital and radial excitations between the diquark and quark, as well as between the quarks inside the diquark. The internal structure of the diquark is consistently considered through the form factor of the diquark-gluon interaction, expressed by the overlap integral of the diquark wave functions. A detailed comparison with previous calculations is provided.
