The kinetic mechanism analysis revealed competitive inhibition by compound (6g) against the alpha-glucosidase enzyme.

It was observed that the presence of a 1,2,3-triazole group significantly enhanced the anticancer and antibacterial activities of the compounds.

Summary: Three heteroleptic silver(I) dithiocarbamate triphenylphosphine complexes were developed and tested for their antioxidant activity against the DPPH free radical. The complexes showed good antioxidant activity, with compounds 1 and 2 exhibiting better activity compared to ascorbic acid. The complexes were found to be more active against Gram (+) bacteria and showed moderate activity against Gram (-) bacteria, except S. typhimurium. Crystal structures of 2 and 3 were determined, confirming a distorted tetrahedral geometry around the Ag(I) center. Quantum chemical descriptors based on DFT calculations predicted the stability and reactivity of the complexes, showing a clear correlation with their biological activities.

Raman and TEM characterization of 2D layered MoS2 crystals grown on non-metal surfaces by friction-induced synthesis
