Summary: Sexual harassment in the workplace is a clear form of gender discrimination, but it is rarely reported among faculty and staff at US universities. Little is known about what drives reporting and disclosure behaviors in higher education institutions. This study found that nearly 40% of the sample did not report or disclose the harassment, and among those who did, they mainly chose people outside the workplace.
