A fast and ultrasensitive ELISA based on rolling circle amplification

Minli You et al.

Summary: A fast and ultrasensitive ELISA technology, named RELISA, was developed based on RCA and enzymatic signal amplification. By adding just one additional RCA step within 10 minutes, RELISA achieves significantly enhanced colorimetric signals with a low detection limit, making it a powerful tool for early diagnosis of major diseases.
