The effect of mobile banking e-service on positive word-of-mouth marketing and customers: a case study of South Kalimantan Bank in Indonesia

Laila Refiana Said et al.

Summary: Previous studies focused on conventional banks or private banks in investigating customers' perception of e-service quality. This study, however, examines the impact of e-service quality on positive word-of-mouth among old customers of South Kalimantan Bank, and the role of customer satisfaction in mediating this relationship. The findings suggest that e-service quality indirectly affects positive word-of-mouth through customer satisfaction.

Numerical Simulation of Wake Vortices Generated by an A330-200 Aircraft in the Nearfield Phase

Xuan Wang et al.

Summary: The study took into account the entire geometry of an A330-200 aircraft, leading to the discovery of a four-vortex system in aircraft wake vortices influenced by the sweepback angle. In the presence of crosswinds, the wake vortices move downstream as a whole, with higher wind speeds accelerating the reduction of wake vortices.

An Integrated Approach of Fuzzy-AHP-TOPSIS for E-commerce Evaluation

Tran Thi Tham et al.

Summary: E-commerce has been rapidly growing in Vietnam, and it is crucial to evaluate and compare online shopping websites for customer decisions and business strategies. This study uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) to weigh criteria and Fuzzy-Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) to rank websites. The results show A1 as the most preferred, followed by A3, A4, and A2, allowing business managers to identify strengths and weaknesses for strategic planning.

Use of Organic and Copper-Based Nanoparticles on the Turbulator Installment in a Shell Tube Heat Exchanger: A CFD-Based Simulation Approach by Using Nanofluids

Supat Chupradit et al.

Summary: The study evaluated the heat transfer efficiency in a shell tube heat exchanger with different variables using nanofluids. The Nusselt number significantly increased with higher Reynolds numbers for higher diameter ratios and organic fluids, showing improved heat transfer in turbulators. Moreover, at higher torsion pitch ratios, the Nusselt number also showed a significant increase with higher Reynolds numbers, especially at higher velocities and pipe turbulence torsions.

Social and economic consequences of the influence of bronchospasm on health of children and adolescents in the context of public health management improvement

Natalya Geppe et al.

Summary: The health status of the population is a crucial indicator of a country's social development and public health quality. High medical costs and limited access to healthcare affect population health and decrease human capital. International and national public-private partnerships are essential to reduce negative health impacts and achieve public health goals.

An Experimental Study on the Void Fraction for Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flows in a Horizontal Pipe

Li Lei et al.

Summary: The experiment studied the flow patterns and void fraction of gas-liquid two-phase flow in a small channel, analyzing four different flow patterns and comparing volumetric void fraction data with predictive formulas. Efforts were made to improve existing models based on the available data.

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Analysis of the Influence of Asymmetric Pressure Conditions on the Splitting of a Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow at a T-Junction

Lihui Ma et al.

Summary: Experiments showed that in asymmetric outlet pressures, gas-liquid two-phase flow tends to flow into the outlet with lower pressure, but as inlet liquid velocity increases, the flow tends to split evenly. Numerical simulations accurately determined the pressure difference between outlets, with trends matching experimental results.
