Summary: The study aimed to define the variability of maximal wall thickness measurements across modalities in patients with HCM and predict its impact on care. The results showed a large degree of inter-reader variability in MWT measurements, which could affect the accuracy of decision-making regarding ICD insertion in patients with HCM.
