In-situ polymerization of dendritic polyaniline nanofibers network embedded with Ag@SiO2 core-shell nanoparticles for electrochemical determination of trace arsenic(III)

Tong Feng et al.

Summary: In this study, an electrochemical sensing platform based on polyaniline nanofibers embedded with Ag@SiO2 nanoparticles was successfully developed for trace As(III) determination. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity and a low detection limit. It also demonstrated excellent selectivity, reproducibility, and long-term stability. The results indicate the potential application of this sensor in As(III) detection.

Magnetic MWCNTs-dendrimer: A potential modifier for electrochemical evaluation of As (III) ions in real water samples

Mehdi Baghayeri et al.

Summary: This study presents the novel synthesis, characterisation, and application of magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified with polyamidoamine dendrimers as a highly sensitive and selective recognition element in sensor development for the electrochemical determination of As(III) in water matrices. The developed sensor showed high sensitivity and selectivity against possible interferents, with a limit of detection of 0.46 μg/L. Its suitability in spiked water samples was also discussed.
