Summary: The management of an institution is crucial for its success or failure. Educational management and administration draw on the characteristics of the business model to guide the operations of higher education institutions. The study explored the managerial skills needed to promote campus sustainability at Pakistan Public Universities (PPUs) and identified three types of skills: technical skills, interpersonal skills, and training and development. Challenges were found to hinder the improvement of these skills.

Development and factor analysis of an instrument to measure service-learning management

Summary: A study was conducted with 315 teachers from vocational training institutes in Punjab, Pakistan, to develop an instrument for measuring service-learning management. Through Exploratory Factor Analysis, a four-factor structure with 21 items was identified. Initial assessment of the scale provided evidence for the reliability and validity of the instrument.
