Regional radiomics similarity networks (R2SNs) in the human brain: Reproducibility, small-world properties and a biological basis

Summary: In this study, a novel regional radiomics similarity network (R2SN) was developed to provide more comprehensive information in morphological network analysis. The R2SN showed high reproducibility and could be replicated in different datasets, regardless of the use of different feature subsets. Additionally, the R2SN displayed small-world properties and a high correlation between gene expression and general intelligence.
