The value of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio as complementary diagnostic tools in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis: A multicenter retrospective study

Zihan Jin et al.

Summary: The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) were significantly higher in the RA group compared to the non-RA group and the control group. NLR was positively correlated with PLR, RF, and CRP, while PLR was positively correlated with RF, CRP, and ESR. Logistic analysis indicated that RF, CRP, ESR, and NLR had diagnostic value for RA, with NLR showing an AUC of 0.831 in the ROC curve.
