Comparison between Histological Features and Strain Elastographic Characteristics in Canine Mammary Carcinomas

Comparison of 2 shear wave elastography systems in reproducibility and accuracy using an elasticity phantom

Summary: This study compared the accuracy and reproducibility of measured elasticity between two shear wave elastography systems. The results showed excellent intra- and inter-observer reproducibility in both systems, with SuperSonic Imagine demonstrating lower accuracy in measuring elasticity of small targets. Additionally, there was poor shape-matching between the B-mode image and elastography color image in SuperSonic Imagine compared to ShearScan.
