This study provides an overview of Al-doped ZnO thin films deposited on various substrates using different synthesis techniques. The effects of different coating parameters on the structural, optical, and electrical properties were investigated.
In present work, we have provided an overview of Al doped ZnO thin films deposited on various substrates by different synthesis techniques. The effect of different coating parameters on structural, optical and electrical properties where studied using X-Ray Diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy, Uv-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer and Hall electric transport measurement systems has been reported in this paper. ZnO has good chemical stability, excellent visible light transmittance and infrared reflectance, comparable conductivity to metals and robust adhesion to diverse substrates after doping with aluminium.
