This study reveals a visible-light-induced stereo- and regioselective phosphorylation reaction, which can deliver synthetically and pharmaceutically appealing beta-phosphorylated enamides with broad substrate scopes and excellent functional group tolerance under transition-metal-free conditions.
A visible-light-induced stereo- and regioselective phosphorylation reaction of enamides with phosphine oxides has been disclosed, delivering synthetically and pharmaceutically appealing beta-phosphorylated enamides with broad substrate scopes and excellent functional group tolerance under transition-metal-free conditions.
