Preparation of a silver nano-tripod structure by a tilting angle deposition technique and its SERS application

Yuhang Song et al.

Summary: A silver nano-tripod structure with high-density hot spots distribution was fabricated using a tilting angle deposition technique, showing optimal electric field enhancement at a 72-degree tilting angle. Experimental results demonstrated low detection limits, high enhancement factors, and reasonable relative standard deviations for R6G and CV molecules on AgNT substrates. The substrates exhibit a good application prospect in environmental monitoring due to their simple preparation and dense distribution of hot spots.
