In this study, a Cu-Fe/ZSM-5 zeolite with ion-exchanged Fe3+-Cu2+ is prepared for H-2/D-2 chromatographic analysis. High-resolution separation of H-2/D-2 is achieved within 4 minutes, and their concentrations are quantitatively analyzed with high accuracy (R-2 >= 0.999).
Materials as stationary phase are crucial for the chromatographic analysis of hydrogen gas isotopes. In this study, a Cu-Fe/ZSM-5 zeolite with ion-exchanged Fe3+-Cu2+ is prepared for H-2/D-2 chromatographic analysis. High-resolution H-2/D-2 separation is enabled within 4 min and their concentrations are quantitatively analyzed according to peak areas with high accuracy (R-2 >= 0.999).
