Off-shell cubic hypermultiplet couplings to N=2 higher spin gauge superfields

Ioseph Buchbinder et al.

Summary: In this study, manifestly 4D, N = 2 supersymmetric and gauge invariant off-shell cubic couplings were constructed for matter hypermultiplets to the higher integer spin gauge multiplets. The cubic coupling structure was q(+)(H) over cap (++ )((s))q(+), and for odd integer spins, the gauge group generators and couplings were proportional to internal symmetry generators, while for even integer spins, the inclusion of internal symmetry generators was not necessary.

On gauge-invariant deformation of reducible gauge theories

P. M. Lavrov

Summary: This study extends a method for constructing gauge-invariant deformed theory for reducible gauge algebras and provides an example of gauge-invariant deformation of fermionic p-form fields. The results demonstrate that gauge-invariant deformation of fermionic p-form fields always leads to a non-local theory.

Unconstrained off-shell superfield formulation of 4D, N=2 supersymmetric higher spins

Ioseph Buchbinder et al.

Summary: The study presents the complete off-shell 4D, N = 2 superfield actions for any free massless integer spin s >= 2 fields for the first time using the N = 2 harmonic superspace approach. By utilizing a large number of component gauge parameters in the analytic superfield parameters, an infinite number of original off-shell degrees of freedom is reduced to a finite set. On shell, the standard spin content is restored, with the action describing the linearized version of minimal N = 2 Einstein supergravity when s = 2.

On special quartic interaction of higher spin gauge fields with scalars and gauge symmetry commutator in the linear approximation

Melik Karapetyan et al.

Summary: In this study, the local quartic interaction of higher-spin gauge field with a scalar field is investigated, and the interacting Lagrangian in physical gauge is constructed using Noether's procedure. The linear on-field gauge transformation is derived and the commutator of transformation is analyzed, with a focus on the closure of the algebra and its classification in terms of different higher spin symmetric tensor fields and mixed symmetry tensor fields transformations.

On a gauge-invariant deformation of a classical gauge-invariant theory

I. L. Buchbinder et al.

Summary: The study focuses on the general gauge theory with independent generators and the problem of gauge-invariant deformation of initial gauge-invariant classical action. The problem is formulated using BV-formalism and is simplified to describe the general solution to the classical master equation, which is determined by two arbitrary generating functions of the initial fields. The developed deformation procedure is applied to various field theories, resulting in non-local deformed theories.
