The study analyzed data from 2010 to 2017 and found that pediatric patients had a greater reduction in hospital stays when a poison control center was consulted. PCC consultations were more likely to occur in cases involving children, adolescents, intentional overdoses, and women.

Individual complaint patterns in March 2020 showed an increase in malaise and breathing problems, while back pain, wounds, thoracic, and abdominal pain were significantly less common compared to the previous year.
